Add fertility refreshments on the Black Market

Adds new refreshments for players with womb on the Black Market: fertility syrup and injections of fertility booster. Not so innocent...

This makes use of existing hooks in setPregType, doesn't it? I'm pretty sure I set up something for players being cheeky and taking fertility pills as their refreshment.
