Duplicate parent in the family tree fix

indf requested to merge indf/fc-pregmod-dev:missing-parents-family-tree-fix into pregmod-master

Fixing #5557 (closed). If a parent was in V.missingTable and had multiple children, the family tree would create a duplicate with no relations (example in issue);

The king from the royal blood event should now have the correct sex.
