Small tweaks. I'll admit I haven't yet actually tested these beyond making sure it compiles and runs, but I'd be astonished if there are any problems.

Changes made

Changed the method to determine the surgeon's assistant's pronouns in pcSurgeryDegradation to match the method used in electiveSurgery, to avoid the assistant randomly changing genders between passages.
Provided alternative text to instances of "fondles ${his} breasts" that make more sense with flat chests. Just that particular wording, not a wider approach.
Rounded up the number of weeks remaining in assignment tutoring, to avoid saying that it should be finished "in approximately no weeks".
