Leave it to things that can be surgically changed only, ie breasts. Pregnancy will require catches to correct bad variables but may be worthwhile to do.

Isn't the whole point of cheat mode to provide more control than standard though?

More control, yes. Absolute control, no. Some things can cause severe problems if allowed to be changed.

In my local version, I added stuff for skills in an existing cheat menu, but I could move it to the new PC cheat menu once it gets merged.

Will need some cleaning before merge and a datatype cleanup. Especially for pregnancy related variables, so much can go wrong there.

Also "pregmancy". While it sounds like a lovely school of magic, it's quite the wrong spelling of "pregnancy". I've noticed this one come up in other merges as well; it isn't spellcheck, so I don't know.
