First Round of $slaveIndices Conversion

RETS has the majority of the changes, but saRelationships required the most thought to ensure the same behavior as before. In the middle of this I got a few ideas to reduce the number of slave containing variables/arrays, but those must wait for another day.

I've tested a good chunk of these and they seem to work ok. A bit too much to exhaustively test everything though.

Lots of stuff here, so will merge in the morning. That said, drop RECI for now, I'm actively working on it so it would cause severe conflict.

Alright, REFI is out, and RECI is back in.

So how does this work, anyway? You call $slaveIndices[] with an ID value and it returns that object's index in the salve array? Trying to get a good grasp of it if I'm to start using it myself.

That's exactly how it works. If $slaveIndices doesn't have that ID, it returns undefined.
