Belly Stuff + Fixes

• -dynamic belly scaling

• -added belly button art

• -added belly base outfits (some are not polished yet)

• -fixed belly piercings not showing

• -updated belly piercing art

• -fixed broken transparency on stocking outfits. @prndev be aware that transparency currently works due to a very clever/stupid layering system, that's why there's an alpha channel on the hex codes (I know its rarely used practice). Is there an issue that the alpha channel is causing somewhere else? This undoes the Set_Colour_Shoe.tw change in the merge 'Use valid color for default shoe color.'

• -fixed clipping issues on some outfits with shoes

• -fixes missing leg lines for schutzstaffel/red army.
