Fixing my art related mistakes

With this, I hopefully fix my mistakes done in !1943 (merged) as discussed in !1954 (closed):

• Consistently renamed WesternClothing to Western (vector source, logic and embedded data).
• Untangled NiceLingerie, AttractiveLingerie and AttractiveLingerieForAPregnantWoman (vector source, logic and embedded data).
• Consistently renamed Minidress to MiniDress (vector source, logic and embedded data) for art display.
• Latex outfit is shown for "restrictive latex" (as described in text).
• Added leg outfit selection logic for the fifth time. @deepmurk: If you want this code somewhere else, please tell me where you want it.
• Added handling of special cases (slutty schutzstaffel uniform, cybersuit).
• Compressed boob and torso outfit selection logic.

Note: This should be merged after !1959 (merged).
