Kitty Lingerie + Skin Tone Fix

Added a cat-themed keyhole lingerie costume, with a matching bell collar. Fixed default skin tone to be more natural, also added defaults for each race (tone is same as race's "natural" tone). Misc error fixes, most notably HA branch upkeep missing from cost reports.

@klorpa can you please drop your costReport change as I have also fixed that while hopefully making it easier to maintain and a few other minor costReport tweaks.

Another case of duplication or just accidentally cut when making the basis for the new lingerie?

I'm trying to remember now, did I make the descriptions change the color based off gender and other things? I feel like I did.

Yes, both attractive lingeries changed on slave virginity, hormones, and so on; see descriptionWidgetsStyle.
