Fixes to money adjustment
Tweaked the numbers to accommodate players at the start of SFmod, paying a little more at the end (not taking hard mode into account), and generally adding curve to the growth.

@amomynous0 Not sure how the second line of !2780 (diffs) will interact regardless of the merge direction, so it probably would be better if you Incorporated the changes directly.
