Slave variable datatype cleanup

I removed the head/rear/backAccessory setter from BC because they're not used anywhere, and there didn't seem to be a plan for them when they were added a couple months ago. I can add them back if requested. I also put a bit of an explanation at the top of the file for anyone who wants to add to it.

Haven't looked at improving HeroSlavesCleanup yet.

I'd leave them in.

This is probably going to confuse the hell out of me, so those explanations are greatly appreciated.
