Muscle Definition + Minor Fixes

Added the following:

• -muscle definition low version (currently shows for all levels of muscles as the rest are WIP)
• -shibari ropes are now red for better contrast on some skin tones
• -misc/minor art fixes

Muscles are still WIP in general, there will be changes as usual. There are a bunch of other things I saw reported, like fuck doll eyes and things like that, I haven't gotten to those yet.
