Menial transfer labeled badly/babyTransfer

Quick fix for an error on menialTransfer, decided to rename it while I was there.

costsBudget will throw an error until you refresh by going to next week because I changed a variable name.

I meant to have baby support earlier as a separate category, but something got lost along the way.
