Moving implants below injections for slaveCreation

I feel like this should prevent any kind of negative boob situation after the removal of implants as mentioned in #449 (closed) . Implants already correctly cared for the original boob size, but happened before injections got considered. Now injections go first and become the base on which implants apply.
