Convert slave summary to JS

With 85 slaves this decreases loading time for the main page from 8 down to 3 secs

TODO:

  • Fix quick buttons.
  • Pass "flag" and tab name as function parameters.
  • Make the resting tab name to be equal to the assignment string.
