Remove repX curving for cheat changes

Confirmed bug in #494 (closed).

Confirmed this fixes it.

This fix should also prevent any other "cheat" rep changes the player makes from being curved, where those cheats are labeled as such by the repX funtion.

Also a few whitespace changes while I was there.
