RA support for removing slave markings

That was actually not that bad.

Added options to RA to remove birthmark, beauty mark, or both. Tested on my slaves, and it seems to work fine. Confirmed that it's setting their .markings variable to "none" which is as should be. Seems good.

Although removing a beauty mark seems a bit more surgical, it is handled in salon when performed manually so I am keeping it under Cosmetic Settings in RA. Should close #497 (closed).

Make sure to apply the costs for the it as if it were the salon.

Should be good. It's an unmodified $modCost for both marks in salon so I just kept it the same.

I may have overlooked it.
