Scaling repX tweaks

I feel like exempting "events" from scaling is not the best solution to making them more meaningful. More likely it is a matter of balancing the numbers to still properly move the needle despite the scaling. As such I've gone through all "events" and x5'ed all their values.

I also went after the concubine rep, she seemed rather weak.
