Java sanity check

This is my current version of the sanitycheck. The jar has to be in the root for now until I figure out how I do the relative pathing stuff. The behaviour can be slightly modified using devTools/javaSanityCheck/excluded and htmlTags.

Running it:

• Linux (and mac?): sanityCheck-java
• Win: sanityCheck-java.bat

I used java 8 for compilation, if your java version is older you should really update it.

Not sure if I should tag his WIP since it's technically working, but not in a finished state.
