Massive Name Addition

Adds a large amount of names, nicknames, and surnames, including male names (and surnames where applicable) for every nationality, and arcology names.

Oh lord. Last time the game threw errors at game start due to a missed comma or other punctuation. I would hope that is not going to happen again?
