prosthetics rep requirements
Brought the rep requirements down from 12000, 14000, 16000 to 8000, 12000, 16000, basically making the simpler prosthetics available earlier. The exact numbers are open for debate, this is just my proposal.
Cybermod is does not interact with this part at all and is also not depended on rep at all.
