Fix 737

Fixes main problems of #737 (closed) (markup error and repetitive firing of the click handlers).

The last problem is due to the "All" tab in the penthouse: it duplicates all the slaves from others tabs, thus .scrollTo() scrolls to the elemts in the hidden tabs that are typeset before the "All" tab. Will be addressed later.
