final convert limb access

This is the last converting MR. If possible it would be great if no direct access to .amp, .missingArms or .missingLegs is merged into pregmod-master after this, don't want to deal with files that magically un-convert themself.

!4363 (closed) has really helped speed things up, I often just copy-pasted klorpas changes and proofread them, don't want to take credit for his work.

Finishing !5043 (merged) will take a while, about 40 files will be in there.
