Allow maintaining indefinitely the custom slave request

Falls a little too close to the point of the job fulfillment center. Also the custom slave order is more along the lines of buying a slave from a slave breeder or a refining group rather than going out and nabbing someone that fits the request.

I've been giving it some though, and you're right, it does not fit.

How about I set up the changes only in scheduledEvent.tw and seCustomSlaveDelivery.tw that allows the custom slave delivery event to show repeatedly?

Since right now it runs only once and then the next week you have to return to "Place a special order".

An option to turn down the provided slave and keep the order open would be nice. But doesn't that already exist? Or was that something added for the fulfillment center only?

From what I can see, it's for the fulfillment center only. I literally used it as a example (shamelessly copy pasted it).

Transferring it over would be good.
