Add simple Find Slave passage to help locate slaves that you might have misplaced

As per title. Three search modes for name/background/arbitrary expression. Expression searching is protected by readonly proxy.

Satisfies the basic request from #1127 (closed) (but isn't quite as fancy as what is discussed there...notably lacks sorting capability, I just wanted to be able to find someone).
