add div.tab to css

Has same indent as 4  . div is a block-level element, so you have to watch out for adjacent <br> and replace them with <div>'s if needed.

I converted the piercing part in body modification as an example.

@Arkerthan not sure if you want to consider text-indent. Matched with your pix observation it might mesh well with what I just did to surgery. !5611 (merged)

It seems like in most places that would work better, but maybe there's room for each.
