add div.indent css class

Added div.indent and div.double-indent with text-indent 2em/4em and changed the div @lowercasedonkey added to use these. Also changed my example. No visual changes.

@lowercasedonkey You said something about an IDE that folds HTML in .tw files correctly? Because mine freaks out with the SC macros.

I left the div.tab in because it better meshes with div grids.
