Css intro

Did a CSS pass on intro. Things I left: almost all the colors and a few bold sections.

The only thing that I deliberately have looking different is the startingGirls page. It's always irked me that the "skip this shit" button wasn't fully at the bottom the way cheat start works. The link was hidden in other text. New look:

A few other tweaks, such as italic text being indented on one page but not another, etc.

No problems with sanityCheck.
