wrap all paragraphs in <p>

So , I don't like having a space between the header and the text below, so I put the header in the first <p></p> of each paragraph. This looks quite good, but is a bit weird to write.

Unless someone has a better way to do it or we want the space below (the alpha disclaimer currently has it and it looks bad, at least in my opinion), this is my current favorite formatting.
