Counters: Big Boys

God damn if this is not the most tedious thing. If you also would like to be tedioused, review whenever you want. I know it's taken me forever to chip away at this.

I have a lot of work on other files as well, but pushed to get the capital letter sections done together for ease of review.

edit: I have generally tried not to change things, but two points: $PC was often not tracked, even if obviously in the scene, so I fixed that. And I generally used the "penetrative" category even for things like tit fucking unless it was clear the behavior was oral. There wasn't a strong "took the lead in sex scene but maybe didn't have a dick in a hole" option.
