Slave interact master

More of slaveInteract converted and a bunch of related misc fixes.

I was able to make generateRows() general enough that I could move it up a level and stop copying it between App.UI.Wardrobe.X()

Just bellyAccessories and toys after this, but I'm calling it for tonight.

When I'm done with that, I can replace the guts of wardrobeUse.tw as well.

With wardrobe content done, I can finish moving slaveInteract into JS, and then finally put it all into tabs.
