Avoid extra passage-switching when iterating through slaves with Next and Previous

1. Make slaveInteract handle the index-switching from the Next and Previous links directly.
2. Remove previousSlaveInLine.tw and nextSlaveInLine.tw.
3. Remove the $slavesInLine global since it's all local to slaveInteract now.
