Surgery sync

For once an AS sync issue that isn't SI.

Was finding that health.health was OOS when I clicked through from Main to give a single slave an implant. Two fixes:

  • Move surgery and degredation to getSlave($AS)
  • Make sure updateHealth() is run at the top of remoteSurgery.
