Cleanup

Everything for metric/imperial only was already in place, the toggle just wasn't there to actually enable it. (I've looked around, but couldn't find anything that would break, if someone knows something that doesn't play well I'll either fix it or move the toggle to experimental.

Other than that my IDEs beautify and some manual correction, mostly JSdoc
