SI Drugs

I'll beautify after ez's work is merged in, but I wanted to break this up at some point anyway.

With each line labeled, I can remove many instances of butt this and butt that. It's cleaner and easier to read.

Also I had saved space in the past by often hiding the "intensive" category, allowing people to choose to intensify their current drug if that was possible. Since I've saved a bunch of space here and that layout makes less sense with this one, I removed that system and now list intensive directly.
