No "buts" for Decadence

I thought it was inappropriate that a Hedonistic Decadent arcology would look at a wide-hipped fat slave and think "She's fat, but the hips make it work", so I gave Decadence priority in the check and added some more complimentary hips blurbs. Only real concern I have is that they might mislead some players into thinking that the hip and Decadent bonuses stack or something.
