Small Encyclopedia Changes

3 main changes.

1. Formatting stuff makes up the largest proportion of changes here. Notably, every page now uses $encyclopedia as a centered title, and the table of contents link is always centered.
2. The encyLink function in encyclopediaEntries.js simply returns App.Encyclopedia.Dialog.linkDOM(linkText, topic); instead of it's own thing.
3. showArticleInDialog reverts changes to $encyclopedia. This prevents strange behavior where the sidebar link could point to the last viewed page, instead of something that made sense.
