Drop the Long Slave globals

Followup to !7030 (merged)

edit:

  • Changed the global V.eventDescription to be an argument for longSlave()
  • Did the same for V.saleDescription, but changed the name to market and it is expected to be a string if true now.
  • Removed V.applyLaw entirely. Replaced it with a function that checks the market string to see if it's an honest slave market.
  • Moved slave parameter outside of the brackets, as it is often used by itself.

New format is App.Desc.longSlave(slave, {market: "corporate", eventDescription: 0})
