Convert Customize Slave Trade to DOM

Got rid of V.baseControlsFilter and V.nationalitiesCheck. V.customWA I can't really find a way to work around at the moment.

No huge changes to layout. I did fix width for nationality selectors, so they form columns-ish. This makes it easier to find a particular item in the list. The number of "columns" is not fixed, so it's responsive.
