Fix corp report punctuation problem

Make message_endWeek_Slaves responsible for all the ending punctuation, and also put the punctuation in the right place (i.e. inside the span if appropriate).

Fixes #2178 (closed) and also a couple smaller formatting bugs.

Edit: Also removes a function nobody was using, because I apparently pushed that change to this branch too.
