Story caption to DOM

Some of the debug tools don't feel that useful and are some work to convert:

  • checkvars Macro (Display Variables)
  • bugreport Macro (Bug Report)

If anyone needs them just say so and I will convert them, just don't want to invest the time if no one needs them anyways.
