Fixes #2283 (closed) - FCE musculature link not capitalized properly

Fixes #2292 (closed) - Removes redundant period and text section

Fixes #2290 (closed) - "Orgasm" is not a valid punishment. Remove it from slave interact, and BC it out if it was set. Also fix some little BC bugs in the process.
