Minor improvements to SE assholeknight

Ensures that the asshole knight always generates with masculine facetype due to being explicitly male, ensures he's always very tall, removes some unnecessary lines of code, and gives him a prestige 1 ranking owing to his former knighthood. Also improves descriptions and makes him a guaranteed hardcore sadist.
