Next week to js

Move next week and its children into JS. This was all functional stuff, nothing player facing at all.

@svornost it all works well, but thought you might want to sniff around at some point. At the very least, nice to have another $slaves loop in js.

edit: moved undocumented globals into a secondary file just to clean up the errors. :/
