camelCase for weather

Not quite sure if object properties should be upper or lower camelCase, but we can certainly use camelCase as a whole. Helps my local spellchecker make sense of things, too.

Also moves App.Data.Weather out of the misc file, since it's not in the misc namespace. This will also keep the misc file shorter.
