Security report fixes

Fixes more misplaced/duplicated text, unit reports missing completely, more spacing issues, etc.

Someone needs to go through these reports and rip out the explicit breaks and non-breaking space indents and get them formatted correctly with paragraphs too. These MRs are just about making them function properly, not look decent.
