Fs selection rework entirely

Closes #2589 (closed).

This MR reworks the FS passage so it is almost entirely in JS. Largely kept the same layout for this first pass.

Added data where it made sense (race, and added pulldowns). There is still a LOT more that can be done here with data, and I'm convinced there's still a lot that can be depuplicated. At least we have the SC blown away and typing works now.

Fixes one bug from master that typing revealed, with the slightly wrong usage of dedecohedonisticism or whatever it is these days.

@svornost would appreciate you taking a look; I imagine you can do quite a bit with this now that it's in JS.
