Fix siblings with unknown/player parents in Edit Family

Currently, if you make a slave and copy her to a sibling, Edit Family will crash...and you also can't make new siblings manually unless you also already own their parents.

Show "Same Parent As" lines all the time and make them handle unowned parents correctly.
