Don't write empty <style> preambles when running a batch renderer with no slaves. On Chromium at least, even an empty style tag seems to reset the styling pipeline.
Remove unused old top_highlightStrong and top_shadeStrong computed styles from the vector art renderer. The upgraded outfits don't use these styles, so there's no need to write them out on every slave anymore.
