Add support for only one leg to shoe descriptions [Review needed]

Questions answered, needs a review before merging cause, y'know, not a native speaker and all that.

No need to review yet, have a few questions first:

1. high heels is usually abbreviated as heels, what is the better singular: heel or high heel?
2. platform shoe is usually abbreviated as platforms, what is the better singular: platform or platform shoe?
3. What is the singular of pumps?
4. What is better: high heeled or high-heeled, the first is used about twice as often.
5. What is the singular of booties?
6. All clothing is all lower case, apart from a Santa dress, Western clothing, a tight Imperial bodysuit and Imperial Plate. Santa makes sense, but the other three I don't see why they have upper case. (Not relevant for this MR though)
