fix oldTrust and oldDevotion on start and cheat

Closes #2852 (closed) by keeping old(trust/devotion) in sync with their counterparts both in JS cheat and startingGirls.
Also deduped. I had copied and very slightly reduced the startingGirls cleaner upper for use in JS cheat. With this MR, they can both run the reduced one and then starting girls will run a little more.
